why it no same size?
wont it being smaller give you slack in the belt?

Maybe the tensioner will take up all the new slack?

I’m also putting a smaller belt in to compensate for that. Also, the tensioner will take out any slack if there is any.
Its smaller coz mooore booooooooooost.

that’s quite a bit smaller. what percentage of boost gain will this net you?

It should go from 10.5psi to 15 16 psi.
Aperson's car makes more boost coz his is even smaller. And I know a guy who runs 22.5psi on stock internals, so I should be fine.

That engine is way too much fun even on the stock pulley.
Tbh I don’t really care about the extra 15 20bhp I’ll gain. I’m doing it for all the whiny whiny sounds :)
